How to make a tribute gift

Click this link for step-by-step instructions to make a memorial or tribute gift online or offline. You may choose to designate your gift to a specific hospital fund, or make an unrestricted gift where it's needed most. If you request, the Foundation will mail a letter on your behalf to the tributee, or to their family.

There are many ways to honor
someone special

• Make a gift in honor of a special child.
  We invite parents, grandparents, family and special friends to participate in the Tiny Treasure Tributes program. Your gift will lend critical support to Women’s and Children’s Services at California Pacific Medical Center.
• A “thank you” gift is a special acknowledgement of your physician's excellence.
  Patients, their family members, neighbors and friends can make a gift to honor caregivers who have affected their lives in a special way.
• Join a fundraising tribute in memory of an exceptional young woman.
  Everyone who knew Angelina was inspired by her all too brief life. All gifts to the Angelina Ciucci Memorial Fund are donated directly to Melanoma Research at California Pacific Medical Center.
• Leave a lasting legacy of love; consider making an exceptional tribute gift.
  The Foundation offers naming opportunities and endowments for exceptional gifts that pay tribute to your loved one and help ensure California Pacific's future.
